As a seasoned professional with nearly 40 years of experience in the casino industry, Cesar brings a strong foundation of leadership, dedication, and industry expertise. He is a lifelong baseball enthusiast, having played competitively for many years, including at the Single-A level in Puerto Rico. He attended college on an athletic scholarship where he competed on the college softball team. These athletic experiences fostered discipline, teamwork, and resilience that continue to influence his professional approach. He is committed to community service and previously volunteered for several years with the Special Olympics in Connecticut. In his free time, he enjoys collecting baseball memorabilia, maintaining a lasting connection to the sport that has played a significant role in his life.
